​Application for Registration of Flats

This form is to apply for a registration of a flat whether as a permanent or tourist flat.

Please note a fee of £50 per flat must be paid to the Registration Authority (e.g. relevant Local Authority). Registration will not be approved until the appropriate fee has been paid.

You are advised to ensure that, where applicable, you have appropriate planning and building control approval in place
