We kindly request that applications be submitted at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled veterinary inspection. While we will make every effort to process late applications, we cannot guarantee they will be completed on time. If you need assistance with a late submission, please contact us on 01624 685844, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Incomplete application forms will be returned.
After the Exporter/Agent has submitted their application and the Export Health Certificate (EHC) has been prepared, the EHC will be sent directly to your nominated veterinary practice. EHCs can only be issued to the official veterinarian and not to the exporter or agent.

Notes:

If you are planning an export to the EU, the Department requires 10 working days’ notice upon receipt of the completed EU application form. Please contact us via 01624 685844 or animalhealth@gov.im for a form and to discuss further.
